We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full appointment fee to the account. This policy ensures that appointment times remain available and fair to all clients.

We understand that life happens. As a gesture of goodwill, a one-time exception MAY BE OFFERED at the discretion of the practitioner for your first late cancellation or missed appointment.

No exceptions will be made - By booking an appointment - whether online, by phone, or in person - You acknowledge and agree to the terms of our cancellation policy. Failure to pay any outstanding cancellation fees may result in the suspension or cancellation of future bookings until the balance is cleared. Last minute cancellations directly impact our ability to accommodate other clients and maintain smooth scheduling.

Dr. Jordan graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2018. Prior to her Chiropractic education, she attended Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama, on an athletic scholarship, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology while playing Varsity Women’s Soccer.

Dr. Constance Kontos graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto in 2018. Prior to her chiropractic education she received her Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biomedical Sciences from York University.

Throughout her undergraduate studies, she played for the Women’s Varsity soccer team. With an interest in sports, she has held a provincial level coaching license for soccer, as well as provided sideline medical coverage for soccer, rugby, football and Junior A hockey.

Dr. Kontos believes that all treatment plans should be evidence-based and individually crafts rehab programs specifically for each patient.
